1 ½ oz. Absolut vodka
½ oz. Torres orange liqueur
½ oz. Hibiscus syrup
½ oz. Lemon juice
Float of prosecco
Combine vodka, liqueur, syrup and lemon juice and pour into a glass over ice. Top with a float of prosecco and garnish with a skewer of colored gummy rings.
