New on shelves, Rogue Paradise Pucker is a sweet and tart wheat-based sour ale, brewed with passion fruit, orange peel and guava juice. It’s 6% ABV and 5 IBUs.

Brewed as a tribute to Hawaii, Paradise Pucker is inspired by a classic Hawaiian juice. Ingredients include passion fruit, orange peel, pink guava, Rogue Farms McKercher wheat, pilsner and acidulated malts, Rogue Farms Liberty hops, Amarillo hops, kolsch yeast and free range coastal water.

The sour ale opens with a tart punch of passion fruit, balanced by the pear and strawberry-like flavors of guava, the company says. Those bright flavors transform into mild hop bitterness and finish with delicate flavors of orange. 

The suggested retail price is $6.99 per 750-ml. bottle, which may vary per market.
