Into the Woods


1 ¾ parts Courvoisier V.S. Cognac 
¾ parts DeKuyper apricot brandy
½ part Lemon juice
3 Fresh raspberries
Absinthe rinse
Mint sprig for garnish 

Build all into shaker, add ice and shake. Rough strain into an absinthe-rinsed glass then garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh raspberry.
