Sunburnt Irishman


2 oz. Jameson Caskmates Irish whiskey
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
1 oz. Blood orange puree
¾ oz. Demerara syrup 
1 oz. Fresh sugar cane
4 Dashes R&D Sarsaparilla bitters
Small pinch of fresh mintCombine ingredients, shake and serve over ice with a mint crown.
