1 oz. Spiced simple syrup 
1 oz. Cognac
2 oz. Quality apple cider
¼ oz. Averna Amaro 
Chopped fresh apples and oranges
Tuscan red wine

Combine simple syrup, Cognac, apple cider and Averna Amaro and stir. Strain into a Hurricane glass with chopped fresh apples and oranges. Top with a Tuscan red wine.
