375 Park Avenue Spirits Appoints New National Sales Manager

07/12/2017

by: The Staff

There’s a new national sales manager at 375 Park Avenue Spirits.

Evan Cohen was appointed to the position today, according to Jason Schladenhauffen, President and COO of the company.

In this role, Cohen is responsible for managing business operations across the U.S. This includes overseeing the field sales team and all commercial activities in market, the company says, while ensuring the portfolio “continues to attract consumer loyalty across on- and off-premise segments.” He will report directly to Schladenhauffen.

“I couldn’t be more excited about Evan joining the 375 Park Avenue Spirits team,” says Schladenhauffen. “His extensive commercial background will be a tremendous asset to the organization and I’m confident through his leadership we’ll be setup to achieve the ambitious goals we’ve set for ourselves over the short & long term.”

Cohen comes to 375 Park Avenue Spirits with experience in beverage sales and marketing, having spent the last 17 years working for MillerCoors on both sides of the business in various senior roles. Most recently, he was a regional director of sales for Tenth and Blake, the craft and import development arm of MillerCoors, where he oversaw the sales and brand development team for the Southeast region.

Prior to that position, Cohen worked in marketing and brand management for MillerCoors in various divisions where he was responsible for overseeing the positioning, strategy, activation and marketing for brands, as well as ensuring brand teams and distributor partners met brand goals.

Cohen spent four years in the advertising industry working with wine, spirit and beer brands before making the jump into marketing, brand management and sales.

“I’m incredibly pleased to have joined the 375 Park Avenue Spirits family and work with such a great portfolio of brands,” says Cohen. “I’m confident that this team — in conjunction with our committed distributor partners — will take the portfolio to new heights. My passion is building and selling brands, and this is a fantastic opportunity to expose new consumers to what the 375 Park Avenue Spirits loyal customer base already knows‹that these are some of the finest spirits in the world.”

Cohen graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a BA in communications. He resides in the Atlanta, GA area with his family.

The 375 Park Avenue Spirits portfolio includes Van Gogh Vodka and Gin from Holland; Tap Whisky from Canada; Saint-Vivant Armagnac from France; Antica Sambuca, Limoncello Rossi D’Asiago and Dolce Nero Espresso Liqueur from Italy; Saint James Rhum from Martinique; Yeni Raki and Tekirdag Rakisi from Turkey; and now Dictador rums from Colombia.

375 Park Avenue Spirits also represents the International Beverage Holdings Ltd. spirit portfolio including a collection of single malt whiskies: Speyburn, Old Pulteney, anCnoc, and Balblair. Also from Scotland, Hankey Bannister blended Scotch whisky and Caorunn gin. On the Pacific side, the alliance includes Phraya rum and Mekhong in South East Asia.
