John Distilleries, a distilled beverage company based in India, has announced the U.S. launch of its Paul John ‘Bold’ whisky.

A peated single-malt expression, Bold has notes of honey and smoke on the nose, the cohttp://cheerstest.wpengine.com/?p=20427&preview=truempany says, with flavors of oak and honey on the palate. The sweetness is followed by spice and a smoky peat finish with a tinge of copper.

Bold is available at a suggested retail price of $75 per 750-ml. bottle. It joins the Paul John U.S. portfolio that also includes Brilliance, Select Cask Classic and Select Cask Peated.
