St. Patrick’s Day is upon us! Here are a few fresh recipes to celebrate the wearin’ (and drinkin’) ‘o the green today. Slainte!
1½ oz. Azzurre vodka
½ oz. Elderflower syrup
2 oz. Organic cucumber, peeled and sliced
½ oz. Lemon juice
Dry lemon soda or seltzer
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber. Add the lemon juice, vodka, syrup, and fill with ice. Shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with lemon soda. Garnish with mint, cucumber slices and lemon peel.
Irishman in Hawaii
2 oz. Azzurre vodka
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
¼ oz. Fresh pineapple juice
¾ oz. Melon liqueur
Fresh basil leaves
In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients and lightly muddle basil leaves. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

¾ oz. Sugar syrup
¾ oz. Dubonnet rouge
¼ oz. Saint Germain elderflower liqueur
½ oz. Pomegranate juice
½ oz. Lime juice
2 dashes Dead Rabbit Orinoco bitters
2 Mint leaves
Fentimans tonic
Lime wedge
Shake ingredients (except tonic) over ice. Double strain into ice-filled highball. Top with tonic and lime wedge.

1 ½ oz. Jameson Black Barrel whiskey
1 Whole Granny Smith apple, freshly juiced
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Serve immediately.

2 parts Hornitos Plata tequila
⅔ parts Green chartreuse
1 part Fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Strain over ice.

1 ½ oz. Partida Reposado tequila
1 ½ oz. Guinness Draft (stirred for about 30 seconds to remove some of the Co2)
½ oz. Tawny port
¼ oz. Agave nectar (cut with equal parts water)
Dash of Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled wine glass or small pint glass without ice. Garnish with some grated or ground cinnamon powder.

1 part Chocolate vodka
½ part Crème de menthe
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into Martini glass.

½ oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Dash Angostura bitters
Guinness stout
Build in pint glass, topping with Guinness. Garnish with a rosemary branch.

½ oz. Simple syrup
½ Kiwi (peeled)
Muddle kiwi in mixing tin, then add other ingredients. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with a kiwi slice.

1 part Tippy Cow Shamrock Mint liqueur
½ part Irish whisky
3 parts Hot coffee
Combine ingredients in glass mug and top with whipped cream.

1 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
½ oz. Irish whiskey
Combine Baileys and Irish whiskey in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a shot glass rimmed with green sugar.

Apple Spice
1 ½ oz. Amaro Lucano
½ oz. Apple-flavored Irish whiskey
½ oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 oz. Sparkling cider
Mist of Marshall Altier’s Organic Aromatic Baked Apple Bitters
Shake the first three ingredients with ice (include egg white for a frothy effect), strain into a Collins cocktail glass and top up with sparkling cider. Stir and garnish with a crab apple placed on the rim with a sprig of mint sprayed with baked apple bitters.
1 ½ oz. Amaro Lucano
2 oz. Green apple juice
2 oz. Ginger ale
Mix the drink directly in the glass and serve with a slice of cucumber, a slice of lemon and orange, a sprig of mint and ice.

1 part Light rum
1 tsp. Agave nectar
3 parts Lime juice
Splash of lime flavored sparkling water
3 sprigs of mint
Shake rum, lime juice and agave nectar in cocktail shaker with ice. Top with prosecco and sparkling water, and pour into tall Collins glass. Muddle in mint leaves and enjoy!

Irish Blood
1 part 2 Gingers Irish whiskey
1 part Sweet vermouth
1 part Orange liqueur
½ part Lemon juice
½ part Orange juice
Splash red table wine
Combine all ingredients except the wine in a mixing glass and stir. Then, strain into a lowball or a V-shaped glass and top with a splash of red wine.

2 parts Frozen limeade
2 parts Apple juice
1 Granny Smith apple (for garnish)
