1 ½ oz. Premium silver tequila
¾ oz. Monin agave nectar
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. Pasteurized egg white
Fill serving glass full with ice. Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed and add ice from serving glass. Cap, and shake and strain back into chilled serving glass. Garnish with a miso spoon of Monin Yuzu Fruit puree, a lemon twist and Maraschino cherry.
