The Portuguese beverage company Unicer today announced United States Beverage (USB) as the exclusive importer for Super Bock, a leading Portuguese premium lager.

“We are most excited with this partnership as it will enable the Super Bock brand to expand its reach throughout the US market,” said Ron Salerno, Country Manager U.S. and Canada, Unicer, in a press release. “US Beverage is the leading independent beverage importer in the U.S. with a 20-year history of building leading world-wide imports and craft brands.”

Moving forward, all sales, marketing and distribution responsibilities will be handled by USB.

“Super Bock is a quality addition to our portfolio of leading international brands,” said Justin Fisch, Vice President/General Manager of United States Beverage. “Working closely with Unicer, we believe that Super Bock will be able to expand its position and share within the competitive U.S. market.”

USB provides a national distribution network for a portfolio of premium brands including: Moosehead Lager and Moosehead Radler from Canada; Innis & Gunn from Scotland; Sonoma Cider from Healdsburg, CA; the Grupo Damm portfolio of brands from Spain: Estrella Damm, Inedit Damm, and Daura Damm; Czechvar and Czechvar Dark from the Czech Republic; Tona Cerveza from Nicaragua; Kalik from the Bahamas, 1911 Cider from Lafayette, NY, and Empire Brewing from Cazenovia, NY.
