Cool down and chill out this spring/summer with Izakaya Den’s Sake Sangria, a multicultural twist on the iconic, fruity, festive punch:
1½ ounces Momokawa Diamond Sake
1¼ ounces Courvoisier
¾ ounces lychee puree
½ ounces fresh lime juice
¼ ounces simple syrup
4 wheel slices of Florida oranges, with peel
6 ripe blackberries
Muddle oranges and blackberries in cocktail shaker, combine additional ingredients with ice, shake for 30 seconds and pour into a tall glass (can be doubled, tripled, etc. in a pitcher for larger parties). Garnish with an orange slice and a blackberry.
