1 ½ oz. Moutai Pure Joy baijiu
2 oz. Pina Colada mix
1 oz. Passion fruit puree
½ oz. Fresh lime juice
¾ oz. Ginger syrup
Combine ingredients and shake. Pour into snifter with ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime wheel and orchid.
