2 oz. White rum
1 oz. House-made strawberry simple syrup
1 oz. Coconut water
2 oz. Pineapple juice
¼ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Kronan Swedish Punsch
2 dashes Bitterman’s Tiki bitters
Combine ingredients and shake. Pour in a tall Collins glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge, small umbrella and festive straw.
