1 ½ oz. Vodka
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Agave nectar
½ oz. Water
3 – 4 cubes Fresh watermelon
3 Fresh mint leaves

In shaker tin, muddle watermelon, mint, and agave. Add fresh lemon juice, water and vodka. Shake hard with ice and strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with watermelon slice and mint sprig.
