19th Hole Grill
1 ½ oz. Azzurre Vodka
½ oz. Ancho Reyes chili liqueur
Grilled pineapple slice
2 Lime wedges
Dash orange bitters
Club soda
Muddle pineapple slice with lime wedges, then add vodka and liqueur. Add ice and shake. Add bitters and stir. Top with soda. Garnish with a dried chili pepper.

Apple of My Eye
1 oz. Ketel One Citroen vodka
½ oz. Laird’s Bonded apple brandy
¼ oz. Maple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Combine ingredients in mixing glass and stir. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with an apple wedge.
You Earned This One
1 oz. Ketel Oranje
½ oz. Peach liqueur
¼ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
Iced tea
Combine ingredients except tea in mixing tin and shake. Strain into Collins glass with fresh ice and top with iced tea. Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint bouquet.

1 part Devotion Blood Orange vodka
Light beer
Orange juice
Combine ingredients in tall glass with ice and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

1 part Sauza Blue Silver tequila
¼ parts DeKuyper pomegranate liqueur
¼ parts JDK & Sons O3 premium orange liqueur
1/3 cups Pomegranate juice
¼ cup Coconut water
Run a lemon wedge around the rim of glass and dip in sugar. In a shaker filled with ice, combine pomegranate juice, coconut water, tequila, liquors and lemon juice. Shake and pour into prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh pomegranate seeds (optional).
The Big Lebrewski
1 ½ part Sauza Blue Reposado tequila
4 parts Limeade
2 parts Microbrew beer
Lemon wheel for garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Add tequila and limeade and stir. Fill glass to the top with your favorite microbrew beer. Add a lemon wheel for garnish.

2 parts Knob Creek Rye whiskey
1 part DeKuyper Sloe Gin
1 maraschino cherry for garnish
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the whiskey and gin. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
