1 ½ oz. Calvados Boulard V.S.O.P.
1 oz. Hayman’s Old Tom gin
2/3 oz. Lemon juice
2/3 oz. House-made grenadine
Add all ingredients to shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
