Pinnacle Vodka has joined forced with chef Claire Robinson to create a series of summer food and cocktail pairings. The collaboration kicked off July 1 with a special 4th of July menu on Pinterest and will then continue with a new pairing post every week throughout the rest of July.
Robinson, host of the Food Network series 5 ingredient Fix, worked with Pinnacle’s mixologist Niccole Trzaska to develop a series of simple, seasonal dishes to pair with a unique Pinnacle vodka cocktail. The recipes each week will include sides, main dishes and even a few desserts.For instance, the 4th of July menu includes:
Snappy Ginger Garlic Peas paired with Pinnacle unflavored vodka in the Sage Vice cocktail.
Mojo Pork Tenderloin paired with Pinnacle Raspberry vodka in the Red, White & Blue cocktail.
Sugar & Spicebox Cake paired with Pinnacle Cinnabon vodka in the Cinnabon Splash cocktail.
Drink recipes throughout the program will highlight some of Pinnacle’s most popular summer flavors, including Coconut, Cinnabon, Tropical Punch, Citrus and others. Owned by Beam Suntory, Pinnacle now offers more than 40 vodka flavors. All recipe pairings will be featured on a dedicated Pinnacle Vodka Pinterest pinboard.
