2 oz. Tito’s vodka
¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
¾ oz. Agave syrup
3 Cucumber slices
1 Barspoon beet horseradish
Pinch of smoked salt
Muddle everything except vodka and salt. Add vodka and ice and shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Add the salt on top and serve.
