4 oz. Milbrandt Riesling
½ oz. House-made ginger beer
½ oz. Lemonade
½ oz. Soda water
Tablespoon of strawberry purée
Pour ingredients into a mixing tin and shake. Pour over ice in a teardrop glass. Top with lemonade and soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
