As a Greek restaurant, Molyvos has an extensive selection of Greek wines and a variety of specialty Mediterranean cocktails. To celebrate the arrival of fall, I enjoy incorporating local seasonal ingredients to explore the very best that the season has to offer. That’s why I’m enjoying the Greek Harvest cocktail, with flavors of pear, pomegranate, quince and apple.
2 parts Pear vodka (we use Grey Goose la Poire).
1 part Pomegranate liqueur
1/2 part White cranberry juice
1/2 part Apple cider
Touch of quince syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice, serve into chilled Martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.
