Domaine de Canton recently wrapped a national cocktail and culinary tour in cities around the U.S. The ginger liqueur brand spent the spring and summer months traveling to cities partnering with top chefs and creating a one-night only cocktail and culinary experience where each course (and cocktail) contains a minimum of 1 oz. of Domaine de Canton.
The events aimed to showcase Domaine de Canton in both food and cocktails as each chef and mixologist created their own unique recipes for each course. The 2013 Dinner Series took place in Asheville, Aspen, Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, Miami, Nashville, Philadelphia, Portland, Providence and Royal Oak.
The dinners also tie in to the brand’s Bartender of The Year competition (the finals of which take place next June in the French Indies), and a culinary recipe contest that Domaine de Canton is holding now thorough Dec. 31.
The Ginger Lovers Recipe contests calls for recipes featuring Domaine de Canton, either savory (appetizer, entree or side dish) or sweet (dessert). A winner from each category will receive a prize of $1,000 and be featured in the 2014 Domaine de Canton Recipe Book and on its website.
