It’s always a little sad to say goodbye to summer when Labor Day rolls around, but that one last, lazy weekend is cause for celebration. Beer and wine tend to be popular at warm-weather, outdoor gatherings, but there are also some unique cocktail ideas that can make your holiday weekend special.
3 oz. Bacardi Limon
1 oz. Simple syrup
1 oz. Fresh lingonberry puree
Torn mint leaves to taste
Lemon-lime soda to taste
Combine Bacardi Limon, simple syrup, and lingonberry puree. Add torn mint leaves to taste and top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish the drink with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
