2 Parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
¾ Part fresh squeezed orange juice
1 Part honey syrup (1/2 honey 1/2 water)
2 Dashes orange bitters
1 Part egg white
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake to mix well and emulsify. Add ice and shake hard for another 15 seconds. Pour into a large tumbler over ice.
