1 ½ oz. Bulleit Bourbon
½ oz. Drambuie
½ oz. Simple syrup
¼ oz. Ginger beer
¼ oz. Soda water
2 pieces fresh ginger
2 Mint leaves
4 Lime wedges
In a tin gently muddle ginger, lime and mint. Add all other ingredients. Strain and pour in rocks glass, top with ginger beer and soda water.
