Anne & Georges (Inspired by Amour)
3 oz. Cupcake Moscato
4 oz. Hoegaarden Wheat beer
1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon
½ oz. Simple syrup
Flamed orange peel for garnish
In a wine glass, combine ingredients with ice and stir. Garnish with a flamed orange peel and serve.

The Showstopper
2 parts Skinnygirl tangerine vodka
Squirt of fresh lime
Squirt of fresh lemon
Squirt of fresh orange
Splash of lemon-lime soda
Orange slice to garnish
Shake vodka, lime, lemon and orange juices with ice and strain into Martini glass. Top off with a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with an orange slice.
The Starlet
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl cucumber vodka
2 parts Club soda
Splash of no-sugar-added cranberry juice
Lime wedge or cucumber slice to garnish
Pour over ice and garnish with a lime wedge or cucumber slice.
The Bombshell
2 parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked vodka
Splash of dry vermouth
Fresh olives to garnish
Shake with ice, pour into a Martini glass and garnish with fresh olives.

1 ½ oz. Patron Silver tequila
½ oz. Patron Citronge orange liqueur
2 oz. Organic blackberry juice
1 oz. Fresh orange juice

Silver Linings Gimlet
2 oz. Belvedere citrus
¾ oz. Thyme syrup*
¾ oz. Lemon juice
Dash cardamom bitters
Shake with cubed ice and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon and thyme sprig.
*Thyme syrup
480ml / 16 oz. water
480 ml / 16 oz. white sugar
7-8 sprigs Fresh thyme
Simmer thyme in the water for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the thyme goes brown. Remove thyme and add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Cool and funnel into a glass bottle. Keep refrigerated.
Les Miz Fizz
1 ½ oz. Belvedere citrus
¾ oz. Almond syrup (Orgeat)
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
3 dashes Lavender bitters
¼ oz. Egg white
Soda top
Dry shake, then shake with ice and fine strain into a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with a lavender stalk.
Django’s Old Fashioned
1 ½ oz. Belvedere vodka
1 ½ oz. Coconut water
One bar spoon Simple syrup
One bar spoon Absinthe
1 inch Zest of lemon
Muddle lemon and sugar in the base of a rocks glass. Slowly fill glass with cubed ice and remaining ingredients (like an Old Fashioned), stirring continuously. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Washed Up On the Shore (Inspired by Life of Pi)
1 ½ oz. Prevu sparkling liqueur
½ oz. Gin
Fill with Martinelli’s sparkling prickly passion lemonade. Mix with ice and enjoy.
Fashionable Inauguration (Inspired by Lincoln)
1 ½ oz. Prevu sparkling liqueur
1 oz. Bourbon whiskey
Muddle cherries and a slice of orange. Dash 5-6 drops of bitters. Top with cane sugar syrup.
Silver Shandy Purple (Inspired by Silver Linings Playbook)
3 oz. Prevu sparkling liqueur
3 oz. Organic apple juice
2 oz. Light beer

The Blossom Room Cocktail
2 oz. Bluecoat gin
1 oz. Meyer lemon or Eureka lemon juice
½ oz. Sonoma syrups lavender syrup
A Perlini carbonation system
In a Perlini mixing canister, fine strain the lemon juice, then add the gin and syrup and fill with ice. Close and seal, charge with CO2, shake hard, charge again and shake hard again. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes, open and pour into a Champagne flute, garnishing with an orange twist.
This drink, named after the Blossom Room of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel where the first Academy Awards were held in 1929, was created by H. Joseph Ehrmann.
Coco Django (Inspired by Django Unchained)
2 parts Grey Goose Le Citron
1 part Falernum liqueur
2 parts The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree
½ part Freshly squeezed lime juice
Splash of tonic water
Build in a glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle and top with a splash of tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Mendez Sour (Inspired by Argo)
1 oz. Bourbon whiskey
1 ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour
¼ oz. simple syrup
5 dashes Bitters
2 Maraschino Cherries
Combine all ingredients (except bitters) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, top with bitters and garnish with cherries.
Blueberry Bayou (Inspired by Beasts of the Southern Wild)
1 ½ oz. Corzo Silver tequila
½ oz. Orange liqueur
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree
1 ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
2 Fresh sage leaves
Fresh berries for garnish
In a mixing glass muddle lemon juice, simple syrup, blueberry puree and sage. Add Corzo Silver tequila, orange liqueur and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a skewer of fresh berries.

Tamarind Tiger (Inspired by Life of Pi)
1 ½ oz. Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon
1 ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree
1 oz. Ginger mix
½ oz. Lemon juice
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain into glass.
Ginger Mix
2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree
2 oz. sugar
4 oz. water
Add all ingredients in saucepan, heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and set aside.

Stealthy Strawberry (Inspired by Zero Dark Thirty)
1 ½ oz. Grey Goose La Poire vodka
¾ oz. Cointreau Triple Sec
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
2 Fresh basil leaves (only shake)
Splash of ginger ale
Combine ingredients except ginger ale into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with ginger ale. Serve.
