1 ¼ oz. Hangar One mandarin blossom vodka
½ oz. Cassis syrup
¾ oz. Lemon juice
¼ oz. Pomegranate juice
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a spiral twist of lemon.

Super Bowl Cocktail Showdown
VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live recently held a showdown between Ravens fan Duane Fernandez Jr. of Urban Cocktail and 49ers fan Pamela Wiznitzer of The Dead Rabbit. Fernandez’s Go Hard or Go Home cocktail won the competition according to the audience, which was live in studio for the 10am weekdays show.
Go Hard or Go Home
Spritz of Absinth
1 ½ oz. Sloop betty vodka
¾ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. Blueberry syrup
½ oz. Crème du mure
½ oz. Fresh ginger juice
Add ingredients to shaker; shake and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass that’s been spritzed with Absinth. Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange peel.

1 ½ oz. St. George B&E whiskey
¼ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Blood orange juice
¾ oz. Honey water
Pinch of Fresh grated cinnamon
2 dashes Orinoco bitters
Shake and strain into a lowball glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.
