Brooding Cherries
1 ¾ oz. Vodka
4 Blood cherries
Juice of ½ a lemon
Dash of Cherry heering
Top up with Cascal berry cassis
Add 3 barspoons of macerated cherries into the bottom of a stirring glass. Squeeze in lemon and muddle lightly. Add ice and a dash of cherry heering. Shake hard and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with berry cassis and garnish with a couple of cherries and a lemon twist.
Chocolate Rouge
1 oz. Frangelico
¾ oz. Dark rum
1 oz. Sweet vermouth
1 oz. Cascal ripe rouge
Add ingredients except Cascal into a mixing glass with ice and shake hard. Strain into a cocktail glass and top off with cascal. Garnish with a twist of orange. (Can also be served in a rocks glass over ice).
Vanilla Caramel Mochaccino
1 can Illy issimo mochaccino
½ oz. Caramel sauce
1 oz. Vanilla-infused vodka
Fill cocktail shaker half with ice. Add vodka, caramel sauce and ½ can of illy issimo mochaccino. Shake vigorously and pour into martini glass, straining the ice.
