1 tsp. The Perfect Puree Ginger puree
Edible Flower (optional garnish)
Combine Thai Basil & Black Pepper and Ginger purees. Shake with one cube and double strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with a porter for a moon version, or Hefeweizen or light beer for a sun version.
