1 ½ oz. Malibu tropical banana rum
4 oz. Goya banana nectar
2 oz. Coco Lopez cream of coconut
3 Ice cubes
1 Peeled, frozen banana
1 Tbsp. Creamy peanut butter
Place all ingredients into a blender, mix until smooth, and serve in a retro Hawaiian glass.
This drink was created by Herb Westphalen of Herb Westphalen Signature Cocktails to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Elivs’ death (August 16, 2012). The drink is supposed to represent a peanut butter and banana sandwich, Elvis’ favorite.
