1 ½ oz. Molinary Sambuca Extra
1 oz. Monin Raspberry fruit puree
6 Fresh mint leaves
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge, raspberry and lemon for garnish.
Muddle the first three ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice, Sambuca and juice, cap and shake. Strain over ice in a 12 oz. glass. Garnish.
