1 ½ oz. Pimm’s #1
½ oz. Hendrick’s Gin
5 oz. Blackberry and Lemongrass Infused Lemonade (see recipe below)
1 slice ¼ inch thick cucumber
1 lime wedge
Muddle cucumber and lime in a shaker tin. Add ice and all other ingredients. Shake vigorously and add all ingredients into a Collins glass. Garnish with a stalk of lemongrass and enjoy!
Blackberry and Lemongrass Infused Lemonade:
16oz of Minute Maid Lemonade
1 Lemon Wedge, quartered and squeezed
2 packets of Sugar in the Raw
2oz of Monin Blackberry
1 Stalk of Lemongrass (break to release flavor)
Chill and let sit overnight
