1 oz. El Tesoro Blanco Tequila
¾ oz. Luxardo Amaro Abano
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 float of good quality champagne
1 lime twist, for garnish
In a pint glass add all the ingredients except the Champagne. Add ice and shake. Double strain the ingredients into a Champagne Flute and top with a float of Champagne. Garnish with a lime twist.
