2 oz. Scotch (William Grant & Sons for a GRANT TARTAN, Johnny Walker Black for a BLACK TARTAN, etc…)
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1⁄2 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
1/4 teaspoon of Ginger Simple SyrupDash of Angostura Bitters
Candied Ginger as Garnish
Chill a martini glass. In a shaker, mix all liquid ingredients, add syrup, bitters and shake well. When chilled, strain into a cocktail / martini glass. Garnish with Crystallized Ginger
