Malibu Rum has debuted Malibu Winter Limited Edition, a blend of Caribbean rum with real coconut flakes suspended in the liquid which, when consumed, dissolve slowly in the mouth, the company says.  The seasonal release will be available through December of this year. Similar to original Malibu, Malibu Winter offers a smooth balance of rum and coconut flavor, with the difference being in the actual flakes of coconut. The package design incorporates a clear, see-through window on the brand’s white bottle to showcase the coconut flakes (looking like holiday “snow”) floating in the liquid. The Malibu Winter Edition  has a suggested retail price of $13.99 for a 750 ml bottle.
