1 ¼ oz Absolut Peppar
½ oz Guinness
½ oz Merlot
¼ oz Wasabi
6 oz Zing Zang Bloody Mix
Combine all ingredients in to shaker, shake hard for 10 seconds (very important, as you have to break up the wasabi). Garnish with a Bloody Mary Skewer and topped with Wasabi Pea’s. Best served with a side of warm housemade beer nuts.
**Bloody Mary Skewer consists of Bleu Cheese Stuffed Olive/Pepperoni/Pepperoncini/Homemade Pickle/Cube of Pepper Jack Cheese/Cube of Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese.
