1 1/2 oz. Partida Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Crème de Cassis
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon peeled, crushed ginger (optional)
Slice of lime
Slice of ginger
Combine Partida Tequila, crème de cassis and lime juice in a shaker. Add crushed ginger if desired. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of lime and ginger.
