1 ½ oz. Talisker Single Malt Whiskey
1 bar spoon of blackberry puree
6 Concord Grapes
½ oz. Agave Nectar
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 sprig of fresh mint, for garnish
Add the mint and concord grapes and gently muddle them together. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a five oz. rocks glass, over ice. Garnish the drink with fresh mint.
This festive fall drink was created by Victoria D’amato-Moran of Wexler’s and Cent’Anni Cocktails in San Francisco. She calls it a beautiful combination of smoke and fruit.
