Rouge Noir

1 ½ oz. Combier Rouge
½ oz. Combier Orange Liqueur
4 oz. brut sparkling wine or Champagne
1 piece of orange zest, for garnish
 
Pour the Combier’s Rouge and Orange Liqueur into a Champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine a garnish with the orange zest.
 

This refreshing cocktail comes to us from New York mixologist Junior Merino. He says it is easy to batch for a large group.
