1 oz. DonQ Cristal rum
3/4 oz. Grand Marnier Liqueur
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup*
4 oz. sparkling wine (prosecco or cava)
In a cocktail shaker, add rum, liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously and slowly strain into a champagne flute filled with the sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange twist.
