½ oz. maple syrup
2 oz. Culinary Traditions Green Apple, thawed
¼ oz. Culinary Traditions Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
1 ½ oz. Mount Gay Vanilla Rum

A wheel of Granny Smith Apple for garnish
Coat the edge of a martini glass with Key Lime Concentrate. Dip the edge in a mixture of superfine sugar and cinnamon. Place the glass in the freezer. Combine the maple syrup, Green Apple, Key Lime and vanilla rum in a glass with ice. Shake it vigorously in a cocktail shaker for 10 seconds. Strain and pour the entire mixture into a martini glass. Garnish with a thin wheel of a Granny Smith Apple.
