1 ½ oz Coruba Coconut Rum
¾ oz Alize Gold Passion Cognac
¾ oz simple syrup (1-1)
½ oz fresh lemon juice
6-8 mint leaves
Soda water
Lightly muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the soda water, shake and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
