TANTEO® TEQUILA JOINS EMPIRE MERCHANTS’ PORTFOLIO IN METRO NEW YORK

New York – July 7th– In response to growing trade and consumer demand, Tanteo® Tequila announces today that they have joined Empire Merchants’ portfolio of ultra-premium spirits. Empire Merchants, the largest and most successful beverage distributor in Metro New York, sells the world’s most prestigious wines, spirits, champagnes and cordials to all of Metro New York’s licensed stores and on-premise accounts.

Tanteo Tequila, launched in 2009, is an ultra-premium collection of flavor-infused 100% Blue Weber Agave Blanco tequilas – Jalapeño, Tropical and Chocolate. The brand was previously distributed through MHW during a market test in the Metro New York area and is currently available in over 250 top accounts such as: Dos Caminos, Bowery Hotel, Avenue, Cipriani Downtown, Astor Wine & Spirits and Columbus Wine & Spirits. Based on the success of its market introduction, Empire Merchants was a natural expansion to amplify and build the brand further.
