Heavenly Hotel

2 oz HCT Blanco
2 oz fresh orange juice
1/8 wedge of whole lime
In a Collins or mixing glass (without ice) pour the Hotel California Blanco.  Pour in Fresh OJ. Preferably use low or no pulp juice. Squeeze a 1/8 lime slice into Collins, then discard lime.  Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds, without ice. Pour into a Snifter over 3 oz of fresh ice.  Garnish rim of glass with a thin lime wheel.
By using no-pulp OJ, the texture remains light, as there is enough sugar present without adding additional sweetness.  The lime slice adds a touch more acidity and tightens up the cocktail while pouring over fresh ice keeps the ice from breaking down the drink too quickly.
