This drink was created by bar manager and mixologist Ryan Goodspeed from Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink in Miami.
1 oz. fresh sage and additional
1 oz. fresh basil
1 oz. Atlantico Rum
1 oz. Creole Rhum Clément
1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1 splash of Fee Brothers
Old Fashioned Bitters
In a mixing glass, muddle the fresh sage and basil with the rums. Fill the glass with ice and add the grapefruit juice. Shake and strain the drink over ice in a rocks glass. Top with the soda and add a splash of bitters. Garnish the drink with fresh sage.
