This drink comes to us from the Chicago location of the Sushi Samba chain and was created by corporate beverage director Jason Ferris.
1 oz. raspberry rum
½ oz. watermelon rum
½ oz. crème de banana
½ oz. passion fruit puree
1 oz. guava juice
½ oz. açai
star fruit for garnish
Mix all ingredients in a shaker glass. Shake with ice, pour into a wine glass and garnish with the star fruit.
