Three Thieves has introduced the 2009 Show Malbec. Winemaker Joel Gott produced what they are dubbing the “High-Altitude Malbec” from a vineyard located at 3,000 feet above sea level. Aged for nine months in French oak barrels, the wine features a fruit-forward taste with hints of blackberries and spice, according to the company. The wine’s 750-ml. bottles will feature a similar label to other varietals in the brand and retails for $12.99.
