This cocktail was developed by Andrew Moore, bartender at Oola Restaurant and Bar in San Francisco.
1½ oz. Chamucos Reposado Tequila
1 lime, juiced
½ oz. simple syrup
Ginger beer to taste
Laphroaig Scotch to taste
Shake the tequila, lime and simple syrup. Top off with ginger beer and a float of Laphroaig Scotch.
