2 oz. club soda
4 pints frozen Marion blackberries
3¼ cups sugar
1 pint white wine vinegar
½ lbs. fresh basil
2 pints blueberries
1 lime of zest
5 tsp. lime juice
Shrub: In a pot, mix 16 cups water with blackberries, boil, add 3 cups sugar, stir until sugar melts, reduce to a low simmer until berries have broken down. Strain and return to stove. Add basil and vinegar, and simmer for 30 min. Strain, cool and bottle.
