Developed by Collin Rand, this cocktail was featured in August at the Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge in Charlotte, N.C.
1½ oz. Beefeater Gin
½ oz. Caravella Limoncello
½ oz. Rose’s Lime Juice
Club soda
Blue Curaçao
1 lemon wheel for garnish
Mix Beefeater, Caravella and Rose’s into a shaker and strain into a Collins glass on the rocks. Fill with club soda and float blue Curacao on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
