Wirtz Beverage Illinois names Director of Training

Chicago, IL — Wirtz Beverage Illinois today announced that it has appointed Lynn McCarthy as Director of Training. McCarthy, who joins the company with more than a decade of employee leadership and organizational development experience, will be a key member and work with the Wirtz Beverage Illinois executive team.

As Director of Training, McCarthy will develop and execute all employee and leadership training programs, seeking to enhance employee development and ongoing business initiatives. She will report to and work closely with Mark Switaj in his new role as Vice President of Training and Development at Wirtz Beverage Group.

Previously, McCarthy successfully designed and facilitated leadership and professional development curriculum for employees at national organizations including General Growth Properties, one of the largest mall operators in the nation, and S1 Corporation in Atlanta. Additionally, McCarthy worked at Shields Meneley Partners counseling national clients on career management, coaching and key networking best practices.
